Update your look, and how you look at things.

You got your first pair of glasses when you were 8.  After a failed eye exam at school, your Mom took you to the optometrist for a check up and you came out with a pair of rubber frame specs.  The first detail you remembered from the drive home was the way the individual leaves looked on the trees.  They weren’t just one mass of green, they were plentiful, unique, and beautiful.  The first thing you remembered about seeing kids, was the way the laughed at the cheesy frames.

All throughout high school your prescription intensified, as your eyes got steadily worse.  You tried rocking contacts for a while, but in college, you needed something with transition lenses to help your eyes transition from focusing on the lecturer’s slides then on your textbook.  You went with something utilitarian, and only wore them in class when you had to, then wandered blindly across campus after class.

As an adult you’re ready for a change.  You’ve got a job that requires you to look both stylish and smart, half of the time you’re in front of a computer, and the other half of the time, you’re entertaining clients, so you need to look good.

Cheek’s Optical of Columbia TN. has a number of designer frames to choose from, including Versace, Coach, D&G, Alpha, Silhouette, Shamir, Oakley, Younger Optics, Gant, Guess, Polo, Brooks Brothers, Candies, Lisa Loeb, Switch, Ed Hardy, Melium, Essilor, Zeiss, as well as sunglasses from Kodak, Sola, Nu Polar, and Xperio.

Need to look good fast?  Unlike most eyeglass companies that ship your frames to another location for assembly, Cheek’s Optical makes your glasses onsite in our lab.  We offer one of the only surfacing, coating, and finishing labs South of Nashville.   Less traveling means cheaper cost and faster turnaround to get you seeing and looking great now.

Time for a New Pair of Glasses

You’ve had the same pair of glasses for years.  You found them when you were in high school and you were diagnosed with astigmatism and near sightedness in opposite eyes.  Always one to make light of a situation, you treated it as an opportunity to enhance your look.  You found a pair of amazing Converse frames, back when the company first started making eyeglasses, and rocked those from Junior to senior year.

In college your prescription intensified, but your pair stayed the same.  Finding the “right pair” of glasses seemed like a pretty low priority while you stayed up late at night studying.  Plus you preferred not to wear your glasses out to parties.  Your twice yearly haircuts, hand me down thrift store clothes and weekly shower (we know you did it) said it all: you were less concerned with the fading trend people had complimented in your high school days, and more concerned with cutting costs.

Out of school you worked an internship for a few years, when your boss finally said something: “When was the last time you got a new pair of glasses?”

“These are new,” you thought in defense.  But when you took a look at yourself in the mirror, you noticed the way your glasses sat crookedly on your face from the numerous times you sat on them, the crack on the right side of the frames, taped up (with Scotch tape nonetheless), the scratching on the lenses, and the fact that your vision was blurry all over again.

"Time to go to Cheek’s."

Cheek’s Optical in Columbia Tennessee has tons of eyeglass frames featuring today’s hippest styles.  From affordably trendy, to designer brands, our expert opticians will help you pick the eyeglasses that will compliment and enhance your look, while helping you see more clearly.
